WHAT HAVE THE BROWN'S BEEN UP TO?

Since I have completely dropped off the face of the blogging hemisphere I felt I needed to explain why....

Our family has embarked on a large project that has consumed our every waking moment in some form or another. We are smack dab in the middle of building a 24,000 sq. ft. showroom for Pristine Pools and Spas. It will also include a pool park equipped with three full size pools, splash pad, outdoor pizza oven and outdoor kitchen pavillion. I have taken on the responsibility of all the interior design work which has been really fun for me. The kids have been troopers with extra errand running and quite a few more babysitters then normal. Jaden loves to go to meeting with me and help Dad at the pool park since he is not in school. We are set for a May 1 Grand Opening. Fortunately we are much farther along then this picture depicts. This was my favorite day of the process- standing up the walls. We were out there most of the day and yes it was that cold!

I am hoping to do a blog marathon come May and catch up (relive) all of our travels, the holidays and the details of our whirlwind adventures on our new building.

ALEX BIRTHDAY!!!

Alex wanted a pajama party theme for her birthday...so we had waffles with with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles and bacon for dinner, we decorated pillow cases, watched Hannah Montana's movie, painted fingernails, ate cupcakes, opened presents, and had plenty of giggling and silliness! Happy Birthday sweetheart!

UNCLE PAT & AUNT CHAZ....

We were delighted to have Uncle Pat and Aunt Chaz come for a visit! They were so helpful and patient with the chaos that surounds our busy lives. One of the outings we did was up to Horse Shoe Bend to take a the scenic tour of the Payette River on Thundermountain Railroad. It was a beautiful day! How lucky we are to have Pat and Chaz as our family. They are so talented and kind and wonderful examples. Love you guys!
